Andrea Zamora - CEO, CPA
Andrea is a compassionate, energetic leader with a dedication to improving our quality of healthcare. Andrea has been a CEO and CPA in public and community health, nonprofit, certified public accounting, charity, and governmental agencies while ensuring fiscal sustainability around the fulfillment of mission-based organizations. Her leadership is built on honesty, and ethics, with the ability to inspire teams in building healthcare networks.
Proven areas of expertise include long-term financial planning, senior healthcare leadership, healthcare contracts, and grants, requests for proposals, recruitment, clinical and financial dashboards, clinical quality assurance and improvement, financial and nonprofit accounting, healthcare partnership network development, board of director education, policy and procedures, innovative grant and revenue generation, budget and financial analysis, patient-centered medical home accreditation, indirect cost allocation, and executive level coaching.


Rachel Abshire - Consultant
Raised on the rural island of Molokaʻi, Hawaiʻi, Rachel Abshire has more than 10 years of experience working in Community Health Systems servicing underserved communities. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, and specializes in Quality Improvement and Risk Management. Rachel is highly competent in leading, advising, and monitoring accreditation cycles and processes, managing patient care and safety, performance improvement, data analysis, organizational compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and developing and communicating risk policies and processes for health care organizations.
As the former QI&R Manager for the Molokaʻi Community Health Center, Rachel directed the movement of the organization from a level 1 Patient Centered Medical Home, to a level 4. Her skill sets within this health care field also include: UDS reporting, data collection, OSHA compliance, Incident reporting and investigations, and grant management. In addition to her experience in the healthcare industry, Rachel also worked in Finance for 5 years.
Rachel possesses comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, payroll, general ledger postings, invoicing, producing profit and loss statements and balance sheets, bank reconciliations, filing employee taxes, and analyzing cost control. Rachel is also proficient in QuickBooks.
Pilahi Ignacio - Consultant
Pilahi has over 15 years of experience working in the health care field, in the hospital as well as in the community health center setting. Her experience started in 2006, including six years as a Patient Service Representative/Navigator, where she gained a broad foundation in operations, customer service, scheduling, referrals, and claims management. Between 2014-2020, she served as Accounting Assistant/Payroll Specialist and then held the role of Finance Director at the Molokai Community Health Center.
Pilahi is competent in day-to-day financial operations, revenue cycle management, reporting, budgeting, payroll & policies. As Finance Director, she was responsible for all financial reporting requirements, evaluating and amending fee schedules, preparing and implementing the annual budget, completing and meeting all grant requests, updating and executing financial policies and procedures, as well as ensuring audit and tax requirements were met. Pilahi received a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration & Management and is committed to the financial health of any organization.
