Andrea Trenner - CEO, CPA

Andrea is a compassionate, energetic leader with a dedication to improving our quality of healthcare. Andrea has been a CEO and CPA in public and community health, nonprofit, certified public accounting, charity, and governmental agencies while ensuring fiscal sustainability around the fulfillment of mission-based organizations. Her leadership is built on honesty, and ethics, with the ability to inspire teams in building healthcare networks.

Rachel Abshire - Consultant

Raised on the rural island of Molokaʻi, Hawaiʻi, Rachel Abshire has more than 10 years of experience working in Community Health Systems servicing underserved communities. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management, and specializes in Quality Improvement and Risk Management. Rachel is highly competent in leading, advising, and monitoring accreditation cycles and processes, managing patient care and safety, performance improvement, data analysis, organizational compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and developing and communicating risk policies and processes for health care organizations.

As the former QI&R Manager for the Molokaʻi Community Health Center, Rachel directed the movement of the organization from a level 1 Patient Centered Medical Home, to a level 4. Her skill sets within this health care field also include: UDS reporting, data collection, OSHA compliance, Incident reporting and investigations, and grant management. In addition to her experience in the healthcare industry, Rachel also worked in Finance for 5 years.

Rachel possesses comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, payroll, general ledger postings, invoicing, producing profit and loss statements and balance sheets, bank reconciliations, filing employee taxes, and analyzing cost control. Rachel is also proficient in QuickBooks.

Ronald Sasada - IT Consultant

Born & Raised on the Hawaiian Island of Molokai, Ronald has over 30 years of experience in IT, repairs & networking. On Molokai, his clients know him as a humble & passionate person who provides quality work with computer repairs, training & networking. Ronald believes that computers are the vital links between businesses, homes & schools. Without computers, we would be alone in the world. Ronald Sasada’s knowledge & IT certifications began in the U.S. Air Force. He provided IT support to more than 15,000 personnel, 2,000 desktops, servers, laptops, printers & networking equipment. Being reassigned to numerous Air Force bases expanded his experience in becoming the Networking Administrator. Responsible for managing multiple networks between US Air Force bases in Germany. At Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. As an administrator of the Cyber Security team, they were responsible for implementing innovative software, tools & training for countering cyber-attacks.

After the Air Force Ronald’s passion for computers led him to establish his own business "Sasada and Sons" on Molokai for both the commercial & private sectors. As an IT Consultant for Oceanic Time Warner Cable Company, he provided a full customer experience for modem installs & internet training. Within his business, he provided everything from purchasing to building computer systems, software training, computer repair, system security, ransomware attack data recovery & network design. He has saved clients thousands of dollars by guiding them in the right direction in IT upgrades while expanding to neighboring islands.

At the Molokai Community Health Center, Ronald created software solutions, managed hardware, performed server upgrades/backups, preventative maintenance for desktops, laptops & servers. He was in charge of monitoring & securing Local Area Networks equipment & Internet Access. Proficient in Sage accounting software & programming special scrips that performed nightly system backups on all servers for onsite/offsite storage areas. Implemented a wireless internet network for patients & the camera security system. Experienced in Centricity, RX Renewal, Patient Portal. remote desktop setups & user training. Created a Work from Home program for video conference & health care telecommunications. Ronald's goal is to ensure customers are using the computers that will work for their business or personal needs. provide everything from purchasing to building a computer system, software training, computer repair, system security & network design.

Pilahi Ignacio - Consultant

Pilahi has over 15 years of experience working in the health care field, in the hospital as well as in the community health center setting. Her experience started in 2006, including six years as a Patient Service Representative/Navigator, where she gained a broad foundation in operations, customer service, scheduling, referrals, and claims management. Between 2014-2020, she served as Accounting Assistant/Payroll Specialist and then held the role of Finance Director at the Molokai Community Health Center.

Pilahi is competent in day-to-day financial operations, revenue cycle management, reporting, budgeting, payroll & policies. As Finance Director, she was responsible for all financial reporting requirements, evaluating and amending fee schedules, preparing and implementing the annual budget, completing and meeting all grant requests, updating and executing financial policies and procedures, as well as ensuring audit and tax requirements were met. Pilahi received a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration & Management and is committed to the financial health of any organization.
